So basically the name of the journal is EXPLORING YOU 360⁰ is works with you to explore yourself. There are so many questions strike in our mind about ourselves sometimes it's like what others will think. By thinking cyclically it becomes overthinking. To stop that we need to answer the question whispering in our mind. This journal gives the power to explore yourself and free you from assumption you made within yourself.
